ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

 

Please Fax* your order to our ORDER ENTRY DEPT. at 201-489-6650.
* We will accept an E-Mail order, as long as it is included in PDF or Attachment Format.

You may use your Company's Purchase Order Form, Company Letterhead or your Personal Letterhead.

Please be sure to include the following information on your order:

A) The QUANTITY and MODEL / DESCRIPTION of item (s) being ordered.

B) The PRICE of each item being ordered, along with either the TOTAL SHIPPING COST as quoted,
     or the notation + SHIPPING.**

    ** if you were not quoted a shipping cost, and your order has a dollar value over $100.00,
        prior to us processing your order, we will forward you a shipping quotation via E-Mail or Fax.
        Upon receiving your approval, your order will be fully processed, confirmed and shipped.

        If you prefer that we ship your order Freight Collect, please note FREIGHT COLLECT on your order,
        and include your preferred Carrier's Name & Phone #.
        If the order is small enough to ship UPS, then include your UPS Account # on the Order.
    
    
C) Your complete SHIPPING ADDRESS.

** If your address is Not a Legitimate Commercial Address (meaning a Home),
    please note "RESIDENTIAL" on your order.
    This will allow us to insure the proper routing of your delivery.

    Only products shipped via UPS can be delivered to a Residence (Home).
    All products we ship via Common Carrier, must have a legitimate commercial address as a destination.
   
   
D) Your PHONE AND FAX NUMBERS.

E) Your E-MAIL ADDRESS (for confirmation purposes)

F) Your CREDIT CARD # / EXP. DATE, CARDHOLDERS NAME & Security Code*
   *Master Card  Last 3 digits on Rear of card (signature area)
     *Visa   Last 3 digits on Rear of card  (signature area)
     *Discover   Last 3 digits on Rear of card  (signature area)
     *American Express  4 digits on Front of card

G) The BILLING ADDRESS of your card if it is different than your shipping address.

Once our ORDER ENTRY DEPT. receives your order,
a confirmation will be E-Mailed to you  the same business day.

SHIPPING DETAILS:
Products that are too large to ship via UPS, will ship via common carrier (truck).
These products can only be delivered to
a legitimate commercial address, not a business operating from a home.

If your address is Residential and you do not have a commercial address available to ship to,
arrangements can be made for you to pick up your order at the trucking company's local terminal (warehouse).
 

If you have your own account with UPS, and prefer that we have UPS bill your account directly,
please include your UPS ACCOUNT NUMBER on the order,
otherwise we will include shipping charges on your invoice.

All UPS packages are shipped via normal Ground Delivery.

Other UPS delivery options are available by request. (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air)

For a Freight Quote, contact us with your city, state & zip-code,
along with the products your are interested in ordering.
A freight quote will be forwarded to you promptly.

All advertised Shipping Costs are based on delivery to a legitimate commercial address
